Tempered safety glass is used in vehicles for side and back windows. It reduces the risks of serious injury in an accident by shattering into tiny and fairly uniform pebbles or fragments as opposed to shards with sharp edges. We do our best to clean as much of the broken glass during replacements but recommend getting your vehicle detailed by professionals after new tempered glass has been installed. 

In general, small rock chips, such as a star or bulls-eye chip, can be repaired. Rock chips CANNOT be repaired if in the driver's line of vision. If you have full comprehensive insurance, it may be of NO cost to you. Most insurance companies waive your deductible. We can direct bill your insurance company for the repair.
